Program Manager-AI Governance
<strong>What this job involves: <br><br></strong>JLL is seeking an experienced Program Manager - AI Governance to spearhead a transformative and mission-critical initiative that will establish enterprise-wide AI risk oversight and address urgent compliance requirements across our global organization. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI governance at one of the world's leading commercial real estate services firms, working directly with executive leadership to remediate critical findings and ensure compliance across all AI initiatives.<br><br>Reporting to the Central AI Program Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to build robust governance frameworks that enable innovation while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and regulatory compliance.<br><br><strong>What your day-to-day will look like:<br><br></strong><strong>Third-Party AI Tool Governance<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead follow up activities related to decisions, outcomes and actions from the AI Risk Governance Steering Committee</li><li>Design and manage comprehensive 3rd party AI tool assessment process including intake, risk evaluation, and approval decisioning</li><li>Establish standardized criteria, workflows and tracking for evaluating AI vendor solutions against security, compliance, and business requirements</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional review teams and maintain decision audit trails<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compliance Framework Development<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide strategic input and lead follow up activities related to decisions, outcomes and actions for third party tool requests and risk assessment workflows</li><li>Develop and optimize AI governance best practices aligned with JLL policies and processes as well as regulatory requirements and industry standards</li><li>Create standard engagement models and repeatable processes for AI risk identification, assessment, and mitigation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Audit Remediation Leadership<br><br></strong><ul><li>Establish engagement model and reporting framework to insure on-time delivery of AI Audit findings remediation</li><li>Develop comprehensive remediation plans with clear timelines, ownership, and success metrics</li><li>Monitor progress against Management Action Plans and provide regular updates to executive leadership and audit teams<br><br></li></ul><strong>Enterprise AI Program Management<br><br></strong><li>Coordinate with business units to ensure AI projects align with governance requirements and risk appetite</li>Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track AI governance program effectiveness including resolution of GIA Audit findings in accordance with the agreed management action plans and mitigate application sprawl with implementation of standardized 3rd party AI tool assessment process with < 30-day average review cycle<br><br><strong>Policy & Process Development<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner on AI governance policies and standards, training materials and communication strategies to drive organization-wide AI governance awareness</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of AI regulatory landscape and adapt governance framework accordingly<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives </li><li>2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit remediation, or enterprise risk management </li><li>Prior experience in AI governance or technology risk management </li><li>Real estate or professional services industry experience </li><li>Proven ability to coordinate complex stakeholder groups and drive consensus among diverse business units </li><li>Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and tight deadlines</li><li>Strong project management methodology expertise (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma preferred) </li><li>Demonstrated success remediating internal audit findings and implementing sustainable control frameworks </li><li>Experience working with external auditors, regulators, and compliance teams </li><li>Knowledge of Management Action Plan development and execution</li><li>Executive-level communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior leadership </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences</li></ul>
