Overview

The Project Manager, Go-To-Market will operationalize new campaigns, represent the GTM team, answer questions from the sales teams and manage offers. Additionally, this role will build PPT decks with significant detail around offers and campaigns, manage intakes, and the end-to-end execution of all related go-to-market activities. This role acts as the operational engine behind GTM efforts, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing GTM workstreams, mitigating risks, and delivering detailed, tactical assets to support successful rollouts. This is a remote role on 1099 contract requiring mostly EST hours. This role is estimated to start September 1st 2025. All qualified candidates must be current US residents and able to work without requiring any visa sponsorship.

 

Responsibilities

Execute GTM Activities

·       Serve as the primary project manager, maintaining project plans, RAID logs, RACIs, and tollgate tracking to ensure disciplined execution.

·       Drive adherence to GTM timelines and milestones across functions.

·       Manage calendars, checkpoints, and communication cadences to maintain alignment and urgency.

·       Identify risks to offer readiness, channel capacity, or cross-functional alignment; develop and activate mitigation plans swiftly.

·       Track and escalate issues proactively to ensure GTM momentum.

Tools & Communication Development

·       Utilize GTM tools, such as Jira, to support offer readiness and marketing intake process.  Learn new tools as needed. Develop instructions on how to best utilize the tool and train the GTM team accordingly.

·       Build and maintain tactical GTM toolkits, including playbooks, sales enablement decks, field communications, and reporting templates.

·       Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate communications to all relevant teams.

Stakeholder Coordination

·       Act as the single point of contact for GTM execution working with numerous sales teams to build trusted relationships across marketing, operations, product, sales, and support teams.

·       Solicit feedback and maintain engagement with functional leaders to align on priorities and execution needs.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

·       Monitor key metrics post-launch to assess program performance and success.

·       Lead lookbacks/retrospectives to identify lessons learned and integrate insights into future GTM cycles.

Support & Reporting

·       Support the development of executive-level updates, dashboards, and performance reporting.

·       Partner with business units to deliver data-driven insights tied to program KPIs.

·       Document activities underway, provide links to all applicable materials, and transition work to internal team member upon completion of this role.
