This pivotal role involves organizing cross-functional efforts, collaborating closely with functional leadership, Program Managers, HR, and Finance to ensure successful, on-budget, and on-schedule program launches. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an immediate, tangible impact on our business and the communities we serve.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Implementation Planning: Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables for each program site.</li><li>Coordination & Communication: Act as the central point of contact between the Senior Management, Program Managers, and corporate departments (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing).</li><li>Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones, report on progress, and proactively identify risks, challenges, and solutions.</li><li>Budget & Resource Monitoring: Track implementation costs and resource allocations against approved budgets.</li><li>Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct program readiness reviews and assist in developing lessons learned and best practice documentation.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What we're looking for:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Post-secondary education in business, project management, human services, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of project management or program implementation experience.</li><li>Vocational or related program implementation experience considered an asset.</li><li>Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools</li><li>PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification considered an asset.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What we offer:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Opportunity to lead high-impact projects that help Albertans access meaningful employment.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Potential for extension based on program needs and performance.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Inclusion<br><br></strong>We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.
