Proofreader (FDA)
Our client is looking for a <strong>Proofreader </strong>for 3+ months, 40 hours per week, on a remote basis.<br><br>This will be for a <strong>US pharma</strong> brand, so experience working on <strong>FDA </strong>assets is a must.<br><br><strong>Here's What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proofreading of internal and external pieces for sense, organization, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, flow, style, formatting, and clarity</li><li>Bringing all materials into alignment with client-specific style guidelines and/or American Medical Association (AMA)</li><li>Ensuring promotional copy complies with FDA regulations</li><li>Helping to create/maintain style guides for each assigned client/brand</li><li>Tagging and linking projects in Veeva for MLR submission</li><li>Screenshotting digital assets<br><br></li></ul><strong>Here's What You'll Need<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of experience in medical editing for a pharma agency or pharma company</li><li>Comfort with medical/scientific terminology and pace of pharma agency workflow</li><li>Strong knowledge of AMA Manual of Style 11th Edition</li><li>Familiarity with FDA, PhRMA, and other rules and guidelines governing pharmaceutical marketing<br><br></li></ul>In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.<br><br><strong>Email Your Resume In Word To<br><br></strong>Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
