Contract (3 months, fully remote, hourly-based) Position OverviewAs a Python Backend Developer, you will design and maintain backend services powering LLM-based systems, focusing on performance, observability, and scalability.
Your work will involve creating RAG pipelines, implementing AI orchestration layers, and ensuring seamless integration for enterprise-grade applications.
What You ll Do
• Develop robust, production-grade backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Design and maintain scalable AI-driven workflows, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI and Anthropic using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement observability, logging, and fault-tolerant architectures for distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
Ideal Profile
• 5+ years of experience in backend development (or full-stack with backend focus).
• Strong expertise in Python, API architecture, and microservices.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration.
