Job Title: Qlik Replicate Developer / Data integration Developer

Location: Remote (USA)

Job Type: Contract (6–12 Months, Extendable)

Hourly Rate $60/hr on C2C Without VMS

Experience: 9-12+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Replicate Developer to design, implement, and support real-time data replication and ingestion solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Qlik Replicate (formerly Attunity Replicate) and experience working with enterprise data platforms, enabling high-performance data movement across heterogeneous environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data replication pipelines using Qlik Replicate
  • Implement real-time and batch data integration solutions across multiple data sources and targets
  • Configure and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) processes
  • Optimize replication performance, latency, and reliability
  • Monitor replication tasks, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, DBAs, and Business Analysts
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all replication processes
  • Document architecture, workflows, and operational procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in data integration / data engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate (Attunity Replicate)
  • Expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC) and real-time data streaming
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting performance and data replication issues
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Qlik Compose or other data warehouse automation tools
  • Exposure to data lakes (S3, ADLS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Kafka or other streaming platforms
  • Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services / Healthcare domains
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
