Adecco Creative is partnering with an iconic NYC fashion house to recruit for a Sourcer – Retail. This position will be contract, approximately 3 months, and can be fully remote. Candidates MUST have experience recruiting for retail stores.

  • Supports Talent Acquisition by sourcing and engaging retail Store Manager level talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
  • Leverages a strong retail leadership network to proactively build talent pipelines in identified markets
  • Maintains ready‑to‑hire pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Conducts initial candidate screens and coordinates interview scheduling to ensure process efficiency
  • Partners closely with recruiters to increase hiring velocity, candidate flow, and alignment
  • Demonstrates strong prioritization skills and proactively communicates with TA
The accomplished individual will possess:
  • 2+ years of dedicated retail recruiting experience
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
