- Supports Talent Acquisition by sourcing and engaging retail Store Manager level talent in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
- Leverages a strong retail leadership network to proactively build talent pipelines in identified markets
- Maintains ready‑to‑hire pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
- Conducts initial candidate screens and coordinates interview scheduling to ensure process efficiency
- Partners closely with recruiters to increase hiring velocity, candidate flow, and alignment
- Demonstrates strong prioritization skills and proactively communicates with TA
- 2+ years of dedicated retail recruiting experience
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
