START : This role is officially starting in January 2026

SHIFT : Must have full availability to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday

  • Providing superior customer service to the citizens of British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
  • A minimum of 6 months of call centre experience.
  • Must have high speed ethernet internet connection that match company standards.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems.
