Remote Operations Manager

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Merchant Operations & Growth Manager to oversee our internal team, improve merchant onboarding efficiency, and grow our merchant network.

This person will ensure that our team works efficiently, provides timely updates, and maximizes deal closures.

They'll also be the main point of contact for new merchants — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience — while actively engaging in online communities to bring in new merchant leads.

Team & Pipeline Management

Oversee daily operations and ensure the internal team provides clear updates on all merchant accounts.

Monitor each stage of the pipeline (from prospect to approved merchant).

Hold weekly check-ins and performance reviews to ensure team productivity.

Track KPIs:
deals submitted, approved, boarded, and active.

Manage communication between sales, underwriting, and onboarding teams.

Merchant Onboarding

Actively communicate with new merchants to ensure their onboarding is smooth and fast.

Review merchant websites and materials for compliance before submission.

Provide merchants with clear feedback and onboarding guidance.

Maintain a 24–48 hour response standard for all onboarding-related queries.

Business Development & Networking

Join and participate in online groups, industry communities, and payment forums to identify potential merchants.

Initiate outreach conversations and follow up systematically.

Maintain a tracker of new leads, outreach messages, and engagement outcomes.

Collaborate with leadership to test new channels for lead generation

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
