About the Role
We are opening a brand-new store in Westfield Stratford City this May, and we’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead the team from the very start. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a high-performing team, establish a strong store culture, and create an outstanding customer experience from day one.
As Store Manager, you will inspire and lead your team to drive sales, enhance profitability, and create an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of store performance, from operational efficiency to staff development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Maximise store performance by driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Maintain store administration, stock security, and cash desk procedures.
- Set high standards for team morale, appearance, timekeeping, and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management on all key business matters.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Plan and evaluate window and interior displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage staff issues professionally, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, supporting their full potential.
About You
- A proven leader with at least two years of retail management experience.
- Motivated by building and leading a new team to success.
- Resilient, adaptable, and approachable – you lead with confidence and a sense of humour.
- Passionate about customer experience, with a focus on delivering excellence consistently.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to drive performance and team engagement.

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
