Sales & Client Manager (Part-Time, 50%) —

We're looking for a Sales & Client Manager (female) to join Openevent, a new AI platform built for event managers, venues, and hospitality businesses.

Our platform offers everything an event manager needs — from client requests and calendars to offers, invoices, and team coordination — helping professionals save time and book more events.

This is a 50% role (≈20h/week), managed through Upwork, with flexible hours but availability between 10:00–17:00 Swiss time.

Your Role

• Manage cold email campaigns and invite potential clients to free onboarding meetings.

Hold online onboarding calls:
present the platform, set up their accounts, and discuss their requirements and feature wishes.

• Interact with event professionals through email and online communities (no content creation required).

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Confident and professional appearance on video calls.
• Quiet workspace, good lighting, and camera setup.
• BONUS: Experience in sales or customer success.
• BONUS: Experience in event management, hospitality, or tourism.
