SAP PP/DS Consultant

To strengthen our SAP Competence Center , we are looking for a SAP PPDS Consultant with expertise in SAP PP, PP/DS .

We are seeking a motivated, proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership, collaborating closely with others, and contributing ideas and energy to a dynamic SAP environment.

The position will be based at our Quart de Poblet site , working in a hybrid/remote format , and will report to the DT/IT Manufacturing Applications Manager . The role has a global scope , with the possibility of up to 30% international travel .

Your Mission:

You will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and evolving SAP solutions related to production planning and configurable products, working closely with business and DT & IT stakeholders to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively support and enhance SAP solutions within the SAP Competence Center scope.
• Participate in the analysis, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP PP/DS and SAP Configurable Products .
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Take full ownership of assigned topics, from analysis through implementation and stabilization.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and optimization areas.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of SAP PP/DS and/or SAP Variant Configuration.

• Experience working within an SAP Competence Center.
• Exposure to end-to-end planning or manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 environments.
• Experience in continuous improvement or SAP optimization initiatives.
