TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Role Description:</p><ul><li>System Implementation Collaborate with project managers, utility engineers, and IT specialists on the deployment and configuration of GE ADMS software tailored to client requirements.</li><li>Integration Ensure seamless integration of ADMS with other utility systems, such as SCADA, GIS, CIS, OMS, and DERMS, to create a unified platform for grid management.</li><li>Configuration and Customization Configure modules such as Distribution Management, Outage Management, and VoltVAR Optimization customize workflows and user interfaces to align with operational needs.</li><li>Real-Time Monitoring Monitor the health and performance of distribution networks using ADMS analyze data streams to detect anomalies and trigger corrective actions.</li><li>Outage Management Utilize ADMS capabilities to track, predict, and manage network outages, coordinate restoration efforts, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and the public.</li><li>Advanced Analytics Apply predictive analytics and modeling tools within ADMS to forecast load, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize network performance.</li><li>User Training Support Develop training materials and conduct workshops for utility staff provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.</li><li>System Upgrades Maintenance Administer regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the ADMS environment, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with cybersecurity standards.</li><li>Documentation Reporting Maintain thorough documentation of configuration changes, issue resolutions, and operational procedures generate insightful reports for management and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, communicate progress, and achieve project milestones.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Skill Set:</p><ul><li>Conduct site assessments and requirements gathering with utility clients.</li><li>Install and configure ADMS modules on-premises or in the cloud.</li><li>Integrate ADMS with utility infrastructure, databases, and third-party applications.</li><li>Monitor network status and respond to alarms and outage events.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with GE support teams.</li><li>Provide ongoing end-user support through helpdesk systems, onsite visits, or remote sessions.</li><li>Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades and new feature rollouts.</li><li>Document system configurations, upgrade histories, and operational incidents.</li><li>Deliver training sessions and create user manuals for utility personnel.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
