Assigns patient assessments and other visits as ordered by the physician using an online scheduling system. Collaborate with the Team Leader to identify clinicians with the appropriate experience and skill set to match patient needs. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: <ul><li>Utilizes an automated scheduling system to maintain a calendar of services for both episodic and per visit customers </li><li>Processes workflow for requested scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits </li><li>Monitors pending referrals daily and assigns licensed professional and case manager for all start of care visits</li><li>Communicates daily with field staff regarding any visits unaddressed in late, pending, or incomplete status for resolution as appropriate <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW264810785 BCX8" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:transparent;-webkit-text-stroke-width:0px;-webkit-user-drag:none;font-style:normal;font-variant-caps:normal;font-variant-ligatures:none;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;margin:0px;orphans:2;padding:0px;text-align:left;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;user-select:text;white-space:pre-wrap;widows:2;word-spacing:0px;">You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in </li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High school education or equivalent experience</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>1+ years of scheduling experience in a health care setting using an online scheduling system</li><li>Exceptional organizational, customer service, communication, and decision-making skills </li><li>Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits, supervisory, and reassessment visits</li></ul> *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment.
