**Job Summary**:
This Seasonal Warehouse Associate will float between two key departments—FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Merchant. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties, from order fulfillment for our Amazon and internal platforms, to assisting with inventory management and warehouse organization.
This seasonal position runs from October to mid-January, with a possibility for extension into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Fulfillment (FBA and Merchant)**:
- Accurately pick and pack items from warehouse shelves using a rolling ladder and warehouse management software.
- Carefully pack products for shipping, ensuring they meet both internal and Amazon requirements for protection and presentation.
- Fulfill orders for both Amazon (FBA) and our internal e-commerce platform (Merchant), ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
- Assemble pallets for outgoing shipments and prepare them for dispatch.
**Inventory and Warehouse Organization**:
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse space, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Support general warehouse cleaning, such as cutting down boxes and sweeping.
**Quality Control and Safety**:
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to meet company and FBA standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues and improve workflow.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory management software).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as rolling ladders, pallet jacks, and Forklifts (training provided).
