Senior Analyst, Regulatory Compliance

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance. Monitor and assess changes in regulatory requirements and update internal processes accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance issues. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures. Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and handle all communication and inquiries. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies, as required. Conduct investigations and assist in remediation efforts for any compliance violations. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in regulatory compliance. Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture within the organization. Communicate any potential compliance risks or issues to senior management in a timely and effective manner. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance efforts.
