Our recent partnership with Zendesk has opened up new opportunities for growth and client engagement. We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead revenue growth and client engagement efforts within the Zendesk ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term account growth
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Required Competencies
- 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within the SaaS or customer service technology space with direct experience working with Zendesk products and solutions
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms and modern sales technologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
