Senior Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training on our products.
A key aspect of this position is working closely with various teams, including Product Management, Production, Technical Support, and Software Development, to resolve customer queries. This requires strong communication skills, both internally and externally, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing them to troubleshoot complex issues and provide accurate solutions. They should also have a working knowledge of airline operations, flight plans, aviation charts, approach plates, and be able to decode and understand aviation weather and NOTAMs.
In addition to technical expertise, we seek an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Equivalent of a Secondary Schooling Education
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
