Senior Family Lawyer

<p>We are seeking a skilled Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representing clients in court proceedings. Do you feel you have the experience, skillset and personal traits that would make you our next great team member?</p><p><br></p><p>Duties:</p><p>- Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings</p><p>- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis</p><p>- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings</p><p>- Represent clients in court hearings and trials</p><p>- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients</p><p>- Prepare and review legal opinions</p><p>- Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school</p><p>- Admission to the provincial bar association</p><p>- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and drafting</p><p>- Strong negotiation skills</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p><br></p><p>Nice-to-have Skills:</p><p>- Proficiency in Lexis-Nexis for legal research</p><p>- Experience in negotiating settlements</p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great opportunity for a motivated Lawyer to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the field of law.
