Job Description

A Ground Systems Engineer is required to support maintenance and operation of heavy ground terminals and associated electronic equipment and subsystems in Central Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and testing COTS or custom-built equipment, as well as installing equipment systems. They will be responsible for performing system-level troubleshooting and debugging to the component level for non-LRU equipment, and conducting diagnostic testing on offline equipment.

Key responsibilities include implementing approved modifications to site hardware under the direction of site engineering, documenting all preventative maintenance actions, and providing on-call 24/7 emergency anomaly response to collect diagnostic data and support restoration and repair.
