Senior Program Manager, IT Consulting - USA (Remote)

Mobiz is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex cloud, infrastructure, and automation consulting programs for our enterprise clients. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires deep technical program management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, remote, and matrixed environment.<br><br>What You'll Do<br><br>As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic IT consulting initiatives. Your role will span the entire program lifecycle-from initiation through post-implementation review-and ensure alignment with Mobiz's standards of excellence.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of IT infrastructure deployment, cloud migration, and automation projects</li><li>Lead end-to-end program delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery</li><li>Coordinate across cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, DevOps, cloud, etc.)</li><li>Act as the primary client-facing contact for program updates and escalations</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation: project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and reports</li><li>Drive resolution of risks and issues across program initiatives</li><li>Support PMO best practices and continuous improvement efforts</li></ul><br><br>What You Bring<br><ul><li>10+ years of IT project management experience and 5+ years in program management</li><li>Proven experience delivering public cloud (Azure, AWS) and data center migration projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) and ITSM practices</li><li>Hands-on experience with PM tools: MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow</li><li>Demonstrated IT consulting experience with external clients</li><li>PMP or equivalent certification (active)</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across EST and PST time zones</li></ul><br><br>Why Join Mobiz?<br><br>At Mobiz, you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver cutting-edge IT consulting solutions for enterprise clients across industries.
