Your role at Sephora: As Senior Director, Field Sales & Education - Sephora Collection North America, you will be responsible for the ideation, creation, strategic planning, development and implementation of sales, events, and education programs for Sephora Collection across North America (Sephora USA, Sephora CAN, Sephora MX, and Sephora @ Kohls). Reporting to the VP/General Manager Sephora Collection NA, you will support our global brand by ensuring that our brand vision, values, and products are brought to life through a large team of talented sales and education professionals. Under your leadership, the brand will design and execute seasonal brand plans, trainings, and events that will drive engagement with the consumer and deliver strong sales results. You will inspire and keep the team focused on sales driving activities, new client recruitment, and growing brand love with our store teams throughout North America. In addition, you will: Lead a team of 4 office-based subject matter experts dedicated to the creation of education content and materials, designing and crafting compelling event tools and collateral, and supporting the overall operations and functions required to support a large field organization. Develop yearly calendar of training and event programs and initiatives that are results-driven, provide engaging brand experiences that align with larger global brand initiatives Oversee the creation of Education programs & content based on Brand priorities, strategies and marketing activations Oversee the creation of Event programs & collateral that drives energy, excitement, and sales results through interactive and memorable client experiences Manage Field Sales and Education Team to achieve B&M retail sales goals across all categories, improve B&M brand rank and penetration, and new client acquisition through leadership, coaching and creation of actionable strategies Analyze the B&M business, partnering with direct reports (Senior Managers, Field Sales & Education) to build strategic action plans that deliver brand growth. Drive strategy for all elevated Sephora training & education opportunities in partnership with Sephora Brand Education and oversee planning, logistics, execution, content creation and budget management (NSO, Training Reimagined, CAN Encore, Regional and District Conferences, SLC, Clusters etc.) Build best-in-class teams: lead, coach and develop office and field-based team to deliver retail sales goals in addition to fostering relationships with their Sephora and global partners Drive and maintain relationships with Senior Sephora Management, focused on inclusion in Sephora initiatives and driving brand recognition & awareness Collaborate internally with key Brand teams to deliver consistent Brand vision through Education and field initiatives Serve as a key member of the Sephora Collection brand leadership team. Providing valuable field and client perspective in a variety of high level meetings Instill the Sephora Collection vision and purpose throughout the organization at all levels Act as the most passionate representative for the Sephora Collection brand Build Brand gratis programs thought internal alignment, budget tracking, vendor management, planning, communication and final delivery to stores Develop and monitor effective usage of freelance budget to ensure maximum ROI while not exceeding selling expenses Demonstrate effective and actionable communication: business recaps, market feedback etc. Manage and track all Education budgets, including T&E, gratis Plan and host 4-6 Sephora Collection conferences per year Manage 6 direct reports and 29 indirect reports Provide career growth and development opportunities to your team via customized trainings, experiences, and exposure opportunities linked to their individual development needs. The salary range for applicants who will work remotely in/ from Colorado is $180,000-$200,000.
