**About the role**:
I'm looking for someone that can be the site manager for our largest online property. This includes providing ownership, accountability, coaching, direction, and insight to a team of writers and creators to accomplish site growth and authority in a competitive entertainment market.
You would be working closely with Owners and Team Members, but ultimately have the drive to achieve a level of success without handholding. This will be a fast-paced role with a variety of different tasks and challenges that present themselves each week. Since this is a remote position, one must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently.
This would be a **Full-time Remote** position.
We are looking for someone that can work in the US time zones.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Site Manager or in similar roles
- A good level of English is very important
- Great communication skills
- Experience in managing small and medium-sized teams
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with SEO and with MarketMuse software
- Solid writing experience would be preferred but not absolutely required
- Being a fan of Disney Parks, Marvel, Star Wars, and/or other content
**Responsibilities would be divided into 4 main areas**:
**Management Space**:
- Hire, train, and maintain a strong team of writers by providing coaching and direction
- Open communication with support networks
- Project Management
**Data / Research**
- Using data, formulate goals to relay to the team
- Google Analytics
- Constant observation of top competitors
**Site Articles / Writing**
- Meet written article requirements for self, as well as ensure writers are providing required material
- Work in Market Muse and Canva
**Site Promotion**
- Regular watch of social media sharing platforms like FB and Twitter
- Ensuring that YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram are being implemented into writing space when possible
