Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager

You’ll manage a portfolio of high-impact partners, lead business development conversations, set strategic revenue growth goals to execution, and partner with our Marketing team to co-manage sponsorships and strategic marketing initiatives that align with BambooHR’s go-to-market strategy. Your work will directly contribute to growing partner-attributed revenue, increasing deal flow, and strengthening high-value partnerships.</p><p><br></p><p>You Will:</p><ul><li><strong>Own and drive revenue growth</strong> across your category-specific partner portfolio, with a primary focus on increasing <strong>rev share, pipeline, and co-sell performance</strong></li><li><strong>Develop and execute strategic revenue plans</strong> for each key partner, including clear targets for <strong>lead generation, deal influence, and closed-won revenue</strong></li><li><strong>Drive partner accountability to revenue outcomes</strong>, ensuring partners are actively contributing pipeline and aligning to mutual growth goals</li><li><strong>Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs)</strong> with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and forward-looking revenue strategy</li><li><strong>Own and expand monetization levers</strong> within your portfolio, including co-selling, listing optimization, expansion plays<strong>, </strong>sponsorships, and pay-to-play opportunities</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Marketing to drive demand generation</strong>, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship initiatives that generate measurable pipeline</li><li><strong>Create and drive innovative exposure and enablement strategies</strong> to increase partner visibility with BambooHR sellers and improve partner attach rates in deals</li><li><strong>Serve as the subject matter expert (SME)</strong> on your partners’ solutions—clearly articulating their value, use cases, and differentiators to internal teams to support deal success</li><li><strong>Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance</strong>, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI across all monetization streams</li><li><strong>Maintain a deep understanding of your category landscape</strong>, including key players, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends to inform partner strategy and prioritization</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Need to Get the Job Done:</strong></p><ul><li>You have 4–5+ years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or HR tech, with a strong track record of driving revenue through partnerships</li><li>You have experience owning and growing rev share relationships, partner-sourced pipeline, and co-selling motions</li><li>You are highly metrics-driven and comfortable owning a revenue number, with experience reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and partner-driven revenue impact</li><li>You’re a proactive and creative thinker, constantly identifying new ways to drive partner engagement, exposure, and monetization</li><li>You’re confident leading strategic, revenue-focused conversations with partners and influencing outcomes</li><li>You excel at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to unlock growth</li><li>You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and takes ownership of results</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Will Make Us REALLY Love You:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with partner tiering models, joint business planning, or co-sell frameworks.</li><li>Experience working with any CRM and PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Crossbeam, Euler, etc.).</li><li>Ability to build data-informed partner strategies and communicate ROI to leadership.</li><li>Strong understanding of the HR tech/payroll or SaaS integration ecosystem.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Love About Us:</strong></p><ul><li>A <u>Great Company Culture</u> that has been recognized by multiple organizations like <u>Inc</u>, and <u>Salt Lake Tribune</u></li><li>Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance</li><li>Generous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life</li><li>401k plans with up to 6% company match</li><li>$2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus</li><li>EAP through Headspace</li><li>Check out all our <u>benefits that benefit you</u></li></ul>
