Supervisor, Customer Contract Pricing US and Canada
About the position
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Tulsa SSC Customer Contract Pricing Team, ensuring efficient operations and accurate contract pricing and billing.
- Enable Order to Invoice Operations Strategy by collaborating with key business partners and reporting on monthly performance.
- Monitor SLAs and Reporting to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and track system or process issues.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of targeted results.
- Support the career development of employees in the Tulsa SSC Order to Invoice Team.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Customer Contract Pricing and Billing, with at least two years of Order to Invoice value chain experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred).
- Solid understanding of business and financial concepts.
- Strong business acumen, design thinking, analytical, and influencing skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and new automation technologies.
- Experience in a Global Shared Services environment.
