Supervisor, Customer Contract Pricing US and Canada

About the position

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Tulsa SSC Customer Contract Pricing Team, ensuring efficient operations and accurate contract pricing and billing.
  • Enable Order to Invoice Operations Strategy by collaborating with key business partners and reporting on monthly performance.
  • Monitor SLAs and Reporting to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and track system or process issues.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of targeted results.
  • Support the career development of employees in the Tulsa SSC Order to Invoice Team.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Customer Contract Pricing and Billing, with at least two years of Order to Invoice value chain experience.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of business and financial concepts.
  • Strong business acumen, design thinking, analytical, and influencing skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and new automation technologies.
  • Experience in a Global Shared Services environment.
