Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the helpdesk team ensuring efficient and responsive support for timekeeping systems.
- Report to the Manager of UKG Training and Support.
- Provide team guidance ensuring effective ticket management.
- Provide immediate support to agents.
- Emphasize operational monitoring and agent development.
- Focus on workflow improvements within the helpdesk.
- Ensure agents adopt new processes or technologies as appropriate.
