Supply Chain Analytics & Planner

<br><li>Drive alignment amongst XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally.<br></li><li>Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing.<br></li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment.<br></li><li>Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc.<br></li><li>Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate.<br></li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.<br></li><li>4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.<br></li><li>Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.<br></li><li>Experience in improving business processes.<br></li><li>Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.<br><br><br></li>
