Requirements

  • Ten (10) or more years of proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and integrating software applications using major development frameworks and tools.
  • Proven ability to lead through all development cycles, including planning, analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Expertise in analyzing requirements and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, tools, and databases for solution development.
  • Ability to develop governance structures and standardize development processes, tools, and frameworks to ensure cost-effective development and operations & maintenance (O&M) support.
  • Proficiency in using major custom development frameworks such as .NET and Java.
  • Experience with major Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including MS365 and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and their respective services.
  • Knowledge of major databases such as MS SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Proficiency in using automated software build tools, testing tools, deployment tools, and production monitoring tools.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in REST and SOAP API design and development, with expertise in Web API design, best practices, protocols, data formats (XML, JSON), and standards (RAML, OpenAPI).
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, TIBCO, and Oracle SOA.
