Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and multilingual Telecalling Interns fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi to assist with outbound and inbound calling tasks. This is a remote internship ideal for students, freshers, or anyone looking to gain experience in communication, sales, or customer service while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients
- Explain product or service offerings in a clear and polite manner
- Handle basic inquiries and forward leads to the sales team
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Follow up with interested leads as per script and schedule
- Ensure a courteous and professional tone in all conversations
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic computer or smartphone knowledge
- A stable internet connection and quiet calling environment
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively
- Prior telecalling or BPO experience is a plus, but not required
