A company is looking for a Travel Consultant/Account Executive. Key Responsibilities Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads Qualify leads and design customized itineraries based on customer travel goals and budgets Meet or exceed sales targets while fostering strong relationships with customers and travel advisors Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center, preferably in travel or hospitality Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Hospitality or Travel are a plus
