<h1>URGENT: Training Content Developer (course content creation experience is required)</h1><p><strong>Application Deadline: </strong>23 August 2025</p><p><strong>Department: </strong>Operations</p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Toronto</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$6.00 - $8.00 / hour</p><br><br><h3>Description</h3><ul> <li>Develop topic outlines as the foundation for training content</li> <li>Generate training documents with the assistance of ChatGPT and other AI tools</li> <li>Post-process and refine content from recorded meeting interviews</li> <li>Build and publish course materials in iSpring</li> <li>Lead and facilitate interviews with senior managers for podcast-style training content</li> <li>Communicate effectively in both writing and speech to ensure clarity and engagement</li> <li>Create highly detailed, well-structured, and comprehensive training materials</li> <li>Apply advanced AI capabilities for training design and delivery, beyond basic content generation</li> </ul><br><br><h3>Hard Requirements:</h3><ul> <li>Proven experience in training content creation or instructional design</li> <li>Proficiency with iSpring or similar e-learning authoring tools</li> <li>Strong interviewing skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior managers</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to structure and present content clearly and logically</li> <li>Experience applying AI tools in instructional design or content development</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li> </ul><br><br><h3>Schedule:</h3><ul> <li>40 hours per week</li> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>9AM - 6PM Eastern Standard Time Zone</li> </ul><br><br><h3>Offer and Benefits:</h3><ul> <li>$6-$8USD/hour</li> <li>HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.<br><br> </li> </ul><div><br></div>
