UX Designer (3–6 Month Contract, Full Time)

<strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We’re looking for an <strong>experienced, self-directed UX Designer</strong> to help shape key user journeys across our web and mobile products in the parking and mobility ecosystem. This is a <strong>3-month contract role</strong>, with the potential to extend to 6 months based on impact and project needs.<br><br>You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to design seamless, accessible, and trustworthy experiences that serve millions of drivers and operators. You’ll lead discovery, design, testing, and delivery—working autonomously to turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that move our business forward.<br><br>What You’ll Do<br><br><ul><li>Own end-to-end design for key initiatives - from research and ideation to delivery and iteration.</li><li>Define problems and success metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform direction.</li><li>Translate insights into flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate clearly across teams.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering during planning and delivery, ensuring UX goals and technical realities stay aligned.</li><li>Guide implementation through specs, reviews, and feedback, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency.</li><li>Measure and iterate on released features, using analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Present design rationale confidently and influence cross-functional decisions with clear storytelling and evidence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>4–6+ years in UX/Product Design shipping production web and/or mobile experiences.</li><li>Portfolio of shipped work showing autonomous problem solving, clear rationale, and tangible impact.</li><li>Deep proficiency with Figma (Auto Layout, variants, components, prototyping) and collaboration tools (FigJam, Miro).</li><li>Strong understanding of interaction design, IA, responsive/mobile patterns, and attention to detail in micro-interactions.</li><li>Working knowledge of front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML/CSS basics).</li><li>Excellent communicator—able to present, justify, and iterate on design decisions with cross-functional partners.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-moving, low-structure environments.<br><br></li></ul>Bonus Points<br><br><ul><li>Experience designing transactional or data-heavy flows (checkout, payments, dashboards).</li><li>Background in mobility, logistics, marketplaces, or fintech.</li><li>Experience facilitating workshops, design sprints, or discovery sessions.</li><li>Interest in service design or connecting end-to-end user experiences across multiple touchpoints.</li></ul>
