UX Designer, EU based

<p>We are looking for a <strong>UX Designer</strong> to support the evolution of the platform and related cross-business digital initiatives. The role focuses on creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design system components while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.</p> <p><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP<br> <strong>Location:</strong> Remote <br> <strong>Language:</strong> English<br> <strong>Contract Type:</strong> B2B (long term)</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI designs for key components on the platform</li> <li>Design solutions for cross-business unit initiatives, platform enhancements, and marketing page revamps</li> <li>Take ownership of final prototypes and design documentation across multiple project phases</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design output with business goals and project scope</li> <li>Contribute to design strategy discussions and help align design approaches across multiple platforms</li> <li>Design, document, and maintain reusable components and patterns within the Design System</li> <li>Support design and development teams across various business units</li> <li>Work closely with developers to ensure components are implemented as intended and follow accessibility standards</li> <li>Contribute to design system governance, including reviews, versioning, and adoption processes</li> <li>Participate in research, usability testing, and design validation activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design for enterprise or large-scale digital platforms</li> <li>Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs</li> <li>Experience working with Design Systems and reusable component libraries</li> <li>Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles</li> <li>Experience collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional product teams</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple design streams and stakeholder expectations</li> <li>Experience with design governance, documentation, and component versioning</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Experience with modern design tools such as Figma</li> <li>English proficiency required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in enterprise or global corporate environments</li> <li>Experience with usability testing and user research activities</li> <li>Knowledge of frontend implementation constraints and collaboration workflows</li> <li>Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-platform ecosystems</li> </ul>
