Virtual Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to patients and healthcare providers by handling various communication tasks.
Your primary duties will include:
Calling doctor's offices to obtain necessary documents for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and prescription refills.
Contacting diabetic shoe patients to provide support and follow-up.
Coordinating the delivery of medications by contacting patients regarding delivery details.
Assisting patients with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth communication process.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Prior experience in healthcare customer service is preferred
Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
