The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Volunteer Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in non-profit marketing, and helping bring Future Achievers' brand to life on Social Media by creating empowering, youth-focused content that builds community and drives awareness to the organization. As a core member of our marketing team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, film and edit 2-3 Social Media graphics and posts per week (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn)
  • Write engaging captions that reflect our tone and mission
  • Research/track trends and suggest creative content ideas
  • Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator
  • Basic video editing experience (TikTok, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
