They should also have a </p> <p>working knowledge of WordPress, web performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility.</p> <p><strong><br>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>• Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites aligned with brand identity and business goals</p> <p>• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS </p> <p>platforms)</p> <p>• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes as needed</p> <p>• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility</p> <p>• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging</p> <p>• Regularly test and update websites to enhance performance and security</p> <p>• Refine site speed and implement SEO best practices</p> <p>• Manage hosting environments and domain setups</p> <p>• Maintain consistency in branding, layout, and design standards</p> <p>• Troubleshoot issues and bugs on time</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements and Skills:</strong></p> <p>• Proven experience in website design and front-end development</p> <p>• Website designer – at least 2 years of experience</p> <p>• Ability in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap</p> <p>• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles</p> <p>• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)</p> <p>• Strong visual design skills and familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools</p> <p>• Basic SEO knowledge and web performance optimization</p> <p>• Effective communication and collaboration skills</p> <p>• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</p> <p>• Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic A/B testing tools is a plus</p> <p><strong><br>Preferred Experience:</strong></p> <p>• E-commerce website design/development</p> <p>• Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., Lottie, WEB flow animations)</p> <p>• Working knowledge of Git or version control</p> <p>• Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment</p> <p><strong><em><br>Join Us:</em></strong></p> <p><em>Become a part of our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of finding the best talent to </em><em>drive our organization forward.
